Short description
SYMPTOLOG is a free, privacy-friendly app for the structured recording, analysis and joint review of symptoms, moods and relevant health factors. Health data is stored locally by default and only shared online at the explicit request of the user.
Long description
SYMPTOLOG was developed to provide users with a simple and fast way to precisely document health symptoms, mood changes and other relevant factors in everyday life. The clearly structured interface allows entries within seconds – without registration, without mandatory cloud usage and fully under the user’s control. Health data is stored locally on the device by default and only shared online at the explicit request of the user, for example for review by doctors, therapists or selected trusted persons. The app is particularly suitable for people with chronic illnesses, psychological stress, recurring complaints or for preparing medical appointments. Exportable evaluations help identify patterns and developments and support joint review in medical or therapeutic contexts.
